Vendor Agreement & Conditions

- ๐ฐ Vendors must ensure that the pricing of their listed products reflects the quality. Each product will be evaluated to verify that both its quality and price are appropriate.
- ๐ Vendors are required to provide updates every two months until the final version of their product is released.
- ๐ ๏ธ Vendors must address and resolve issues based on customer feedback promptly.
- ๐บ๏ธ Vendors who have listed “Routes” must update with 2-3 new scenarios each month.
- ๐ต Payments will be settled every 15 days, which equates to twice a month. If a promotional offer is applied, the settlement will be processed two days after the offer expires. Any pending settlements will be automatically processed.
- โ ๏ธ If you wish to delist a product without a valid reason, you will be required to pay a fine amounting to 30 times the price of the product. Additionally, this action will result in the termination of the digital agreement between us.
- ๐ฅ If the agreement is terminated, customers who have already purchased the product will still be able to download and install it through the client app. The termination of the agreement does not affect previous purchases, and customers will retain access to their purchased products.
