Vendor Agreement & Conditions

(Effective Date: 15th August 2025)

• Route Length & Design

  • Minimum length: 125 km (measured between stations).
  • Must include route markers and realistic distances.
  • DEM (SRTM) data and Google Maps API overlay are mandatory.
  • Division of routes into parts is not allowed.

• Asset Usage

  • Assets must be either your own or from HR GAME WORLD.
  • Use of other publishers’ assets requires permission.
  • Maximum of two publishers’ assets per route.

• Pricing Rules

  • ₹3/km if one publisher’s assets are used.
  • ₹2.5/km if two publishers’ assets are used.

• Mandatory Features

  • Quick Drive scenario with free rolling stock (FAST LINE GAMES and HR GAME WORLD).
  • If electrified, OHE components must meet real-world standards.
  • Release must include 50% completed scenery; updates required every two months.

• Development Timelines

  • Route must be finalized within 1.5 years.
  • Two scenarios per month must be released until 25 error free scenarios are completed.

• Vendor Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues within one week.
  • Provide regular updates and new scenarios monthly.
  • 20% admin charges reserved for HR GAME WORLD.

• Compliance and Penalties

  • If a product is voluntarily withdrawn by the vendor from www.hrgameworld.com or delisted by HR Game World, the final copy of that product will remain permanently available and accessible to existing customers on www.hrgameworld.com.

  • If the owner of the final copy makes any changes to the product that render it invalid, non-functional, or cause inconvenience to the existing customers accessing it through www.hrgameworld.com, then the owner will be required to provide an updated and fully functional version of that product on www.hrgameworld.com.

  • Refusal to do so will be considered a violation of the Vendor Agreement and its Terms & Conditions. In such a case, HR Game World reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the owner. Additionally, any direct or indirect damages or losses incurred by HR Game World as a result of such violation shall be compensated by the owner.

  • Selling the product on any platform other than www.hrgameworld.com is strictly prohibited. In case of such action, the vendor will be liable to pay a penalty equal to 30 times the original price of the product.

  • If any terms or conditions are violated by the vendor, HR Game World reserves the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. However, even after termination, existing customers will continue to have uninterrupted access to the product.

  • If any Vendor fails to provide the necessary updates for their Product in accordance with the Vendor Agreement and its Conditions until the Final Update is delivered, the Vendor shall be granted an additional grace period of one month (30 days).
  • If, upon the expiration of this additional period, the Vendor still fails to provide the required update, the concerned Product shall be temporarily delisted from www.hrgameworld.com, and the Vendor shall be granted a final period of two months (60 days).
  • If, within this final period, the Vendor provides a fully functional and updated version of the Product, the said Product shall be relisted for sale on www.hrgameworld.com.

  • If the Vendor fails to provide the required update or Final Version within the stipulated time period (a total of 90 days), HR Game World shall have the full right, in order to protect consumer interests and maintain platform credibility, to carry out the necessary improvements or finalization of the concerned Product on its own.

    In such a situation, all terms related to the Product, including revenue, rights, and ownership, shall be governed in accordance with HR Game World’s applicable Vendor Policy and Platform Guidelines.

    Thereafter, if the Vendor wishes to reclaim ownership or rights over the Product, the Vendor shall be mandatorily required to fulfill the following obligations:

    1. Payment of a fixed and mandatory penalty of ₹15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only), and

    2. Full reimbursement of the actual expenses incurred by HR Game World in converting the Product into its Final Version. Such expenses shall be calculated based on the time spent, technical effort, and resources utilized for the completion of the Product.

    Only upon full compliance with the above conditions shall the restoration of the Vendor’s rights over the Product be considered, strictly as per the terms specified in the Vendor Agreement.

  • NOC is required to sell on other Platform from HR Game World, Platforms are advice not to entertain any creator without  NOC from Last Platform, in case of switching platform.

• Sales and Payments

  • Payments shall be settled once every month, between the 1st and 5th day of each calendar month.
  • In case of any discount offered by the vendors exceeding 50%, or in the case of a free offer, the administrative commission will still be applicable on the base fare of the product.

• Eligibility and Documentation

  • Vendors must be 18+ years old.
  • Submit valid Indian government ID proof (Aadhaar or PAN).

• Rewards for Compliance

  • Consistent adherence to rules grants exclusive perks and extra benefits.

🚫 Failure to comply with these terms may result in product delisting until compliance is achieved. Delisting does not terminate the digital agreement. HRGAMEWORLD reserves the right to take action against non-compliant vendors. HR Game World reserves the right to amend the rules as needed based on future circumstances !!!
